The short version: Real White Noise does not collect anything about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no server that belongs to us. Everything the app does happens on your iPhone.
Nothing. The app has no sign-in, sends no usage data, and contains no advertising or tracking software. We cannot see how you use it, when you use it, or that you use it at all.
Your sounds, saved mixes, alarms, night light choices and volume are stored on your iPhone in the app's own storage. They are included in your device backups if you have those turned on. Deleting the app deletes them.
If you buy Real White Noise Pro, the purchase is handled by Apple. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. To know whether Pro is active on your device we use RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous device identifier generated for this purpose and the purchase receipt Apple issues. It does not receive your name, email address or payment information. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at revenuecat.com/privacy.
The app never asks for your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, health data or location, because it does not need them.
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Since we collect nothing, any change is likely to be a clarification.
