Privacy, in plain words.

Kids Safe Trivia (Kids Safe Trivia), by Baylac LLC, has no accounts, advertising, or third-party analytics. The app does not send children’s profiles or learning activity to us.

What the app saves

Profiles, an optional name, the selected animal, age or starting level, language, learning progress, garden growth, play limits, and settings are stored in the app on your device. We use them to personalize activities and remember progress.

Optional family practice

A parent with Pro can enter caregiver labels, names, and phone numbers for practice. These details are stored locally and spoken using the device’s built-in voice; the app does not send them to us or to a voice-generation service. These activities are optional. Enter only details you want your child to practice.

Your choices and deletion

Parents can edit family details or remove them in Family learning. Removing a child profile removes that profile and its progress from the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading the app may retain it. Device or computer backups may contain app data and must be managed separately in your backup settings. We cannot recover progress from a server.

Children and device permissions

Children do not need to provide contact details or sign in. The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or location access. Parents enter profile information and control optional personal activities. A multiplication gate protects settings, purchases, and external links; it is not an identity check or a replacement for adult supervision.

Apple purchases

Apple processes Pro purchases and subscription management through StoreKit. The app receives purchase-entitlement information to unlock features, not payment-card details. Apple’s services and any device diagnostics you choose to share are governed by Apple’s privacy settings and policies.

This website and support

These pages use no advertising or analytics scripts, and load their fonts and artwork locally. Our hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include; our email provider processes that correspondence. We use it to respond and resolve the request, and retain it only as needed for support or legal obligations. Please omit children’s personal details.

Question updates

The app checks baylac.co for updated question packs and saves them for offline play. Pack requests reflect the selected learning age and Free or Pro collection. They do not include names, birthdays, answers, or family details. Our hosting provider receives ordinary request information, including IP addresses.
